I am a psychotherapist with more than 18 years of experience in providing individual, couples, and family therapy to adults, adolescents, and children in the greater Green Bay, Wisconsin area. *Managed and delivered psychotropic/health medications to these clients twice daily and monitored their ingestion of these medications to ensure compliance for their own welfare.
*Created and completed treatment plans, crisis plans, progress notes, reviews, Medical Assistance billing forms, and various additional documentation in the case management of these clients.
*Recruited, counseled, trained, and retained quality volunteers as Big Brothers, Big Sisters, and Big Couples for local children in need of mentors.
*Directed the planning, organization, and implementation of all agency marketing campaigns, volunteer recruitment events, public relations efforts, and media promotions in northeast Wisconsin, particularly in Brown, Oconto, and Door Counties.
*Supervised a staff assistant, volunteers, and a Public Relations & Recruitment Committee in the aforementioned initiatives.
*Spoke to various companies, businesses, community service organizations, and media audiences about Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Northeastern Wisconsin, its mission, and its mentoring programs.
